Fresh inclusive pricing model introduced by Celebrity Cruises

Fresh inclusive pricing model introduced by Celebrity Cruises

Celebrity Cruises has launched a new scheme entitled Always Included, to ease life on board its ships.

The line hopes that confusing deals, nuanced add-ons and limited time offers will stop.

Starting next Tuesday, in an effort to simplify the holiday experience, every Celebrity Cruises holiday will include Wi-Fi, drinks and tips.

Lisa Lutoff-Perlo, President of Celebrity Cruises, said, "Everything we do at Celebrity is driven by the desire to redefine what today's luxury looks and feels like with experiences that modern travelers want."

"Nothing is more luxurious today than when stuff is extra simple and extra special."

The new normal rate for celebrities is still included and includes:

  • Unlimited drinks: you can truly enjoy classic cocktails, glass wines, beer, sodas, specialty coffees and teas, juices and sparkling water without thinking about the tabs.
  • Unlimited Wi-Fi: An always-on link, but not streaming, to social media, email and the internet.
  • Gratuities: Tips that encourage guests to relax are taken care of.

However at the base price, not everything is included.

An 'elevated' package adds up to $200 per person for unlimited premium drinks and shore excursions, while a 'indulge' option includes unlimited Wi-Fi streaming and up to $400 onboard credit per person.

Celebrity will launch a whole range of training assets and collateral generated for travel partners in order to promote the launch of Always Included.

A collection of webinars, including an evening series for those working from home or those with families, as well as a toolkit, available on Celebrity Central, will be a key element of this training.
